Dear Parents,
Due to the frequency of
snowstorms over the past few years and the occasional power outage we felt that
it would be beneficial for both parents and students if we purchased an easy
and affordable phone message delivery service that would inform all parents
that their children are being released early from school. This phone calling system can make
thousands of phone calls in moments, to notify parents immediately of an early
release. All you have to due is
provide three phone numbers that you would like to have called in case of an
early release and pay $3.00 per family for the service. Make checks payable to the Thompson
Middle School PTO. If you have
children in the Elementary School you are all ready covered.
Please fill out the bottom
part of this form and return it to the school as soon as possible. Please make
sure that all phone numbers are up to date. If you do not
want to take part check the appropriate box below and you will not be called. If in
the future your phone numbers change you must notify the school immediately.
