MISSION STATEMENT
Thompson Middle School depends upon the caring partnership of students, parents, and teachers to support the learning process. As active learners, students explore options that bring them closer to their educational goals within this partnership. Students will find their educational experience rewarding when they take ownership for their work, responsibility for their behavior, and contribute to the quality of our school.

HOME-TO-SCHOOL LIAISON
Mrs. Valerie Krogul will be working with families of middle school students with social, emotional and/or academic issues to ensure their child's success in school. She will be available to support communication between parents, teachers and administrative staff. Mrs. Krogul will provide outreach to families by connecting them with community resources, scheduling home visits, sponsoring parenting workshops, coordinating homework help nights, and hosting after school activities at River Mill Village. Referrals can be made to Mrs. Krogul via email at or call (860)923-9581 ext. 185.
